he Supreme Court announced today that it will rule on the constitutionality of four court cases from Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky — states where millions of voters chose to define marriage as a union of one man and one woman. The Court is expected to hear oral arguments this spring and could rule as early as June.
We plan to file a brief with the Supreme Court encouraging them to uphold the right of citizens to establish marriage as a union of one man and one woman.
We strongly oppose the rewriting of marriage laws by un-elected judges. The people must be allowed to deliberate and vote on marriage policy.
We urge you to pray and fast for a renewal of marriage in the United States.
