Promises of God

Stand on the promises of God that he will never leave nor forsake us.
Here are a few promises of our God the Father.

Joshua 1:7 Be strong and of good courage.
Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage, do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Nehemiah 1:11 O Lord, I pray, please let Your ear be attentive to the prayer of your servant, and to the prayer of Your servants who desire to fear Your name, and let Your servant prosper this day, I pray, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man.

Psalms 34:4 I/sought the Lord and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
Psalms 34:15 And his ears are open to their cry.
Psalms 34:17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them from out of all their troubles, 18: The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves a contrite spirit. 19:Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

Psalms 37:7 Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him. 9: Do not fret

Psalms 46: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 10: Be still and know I am God
Psalms 56:3 Whenever I am afraid. I will trust in You. In God I will praise His word. In God I have put my trust. I will not fear. 9: This I know because God is for me!

Psalms 57:2 I will cry out to God Most High, to God who performs all things for me.

Proverb 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and he shall direct your paths.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you. Be not dismayed, for I am your God. Yes I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. 15:The Lord your God will hold your right hand, saying to you Fear not I will help you.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Matthew 7:7 Ask and it will be given to you seek and you will find knock and the door will be opened to you.

Philippians 4: 6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God and the God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 13: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. 19: And my GOD shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Thessalonians 5:18 In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

James 1:2 My brethren count it all joy when you fall into various trails, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.

1 Peter 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are open to their prayers.
1Peter 5:7 Casting all your cares upon Him for He cares for you.

1John 5:14/15 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we asked of Him.
